Still, something about it felt wrong enough that she decided to record it, capturing the strange object on video before walking further down the row of cars. Just as she thought it might be an isolated case, she spotted another vehicle nearby with the exact same type of string tied in the same unsettling manner, hinting that there might be more to the discovery than she initially believed…
