At a family dinner, Marceline publicly mocked Corinne’s modest clothes and called her a charity case living in her own family’s mansion. When Corinne calmly asked her to respect the household staff, her stepmother Lorraine immediately intervened. She angrily defended Marceline and declared that Corinne had no right to tell her daughter what to do because Marceline was not her sister.
