My Sister Stole My House Fund For Her Fake Wedding Forever

My younger sister begged to borrow the money I had spent years saving for my first house because she said she had finally found the love of her life.

She promised to repay every dollar after the wedding, and I believed her because family had always come first.

Our mother and aunts spent weeks cooking, decorating, and planning the perfect ceremony while more than fifty guests prepared gifts for the happy couple.

Whenever we asked, my sister claimed he was busy with work but promised everyone would meet him on the wedding day.

When the big day arrived, she looked beautiful but strangely nervous, constantly pretending to make phone calls while checking her phone every few minutes.

Guests filled the backyard, presents covered the gift table, and everyone kept asking the same question.

Where was the groom?

My aunt quietly checked my sister’s phone and made a shocking discovery.

There were no calls, no messages, and no sign she had tried contacting anyone all day.

We called the groom ourselves.

The man answered from New York… and calmly said he wasn’t getting married.

Seconds later, we ran outside—but my sister, her car, and every wedding gift had already disappeared.
