Tiny Dots Big Warning

One morning, I noticed something unusual on my skin. At first, I thought it was just a small mark that would disappear after a few days. They were tiny red dots, almost like little spots that appeared without any clear reason.

I ignored them at first, but then I started wondering if my body was trying to tell me something. I searched for answers and discovered that many people notice these small red marks but do not know what they mean. Some are harmless, while others may need attention depending on changes, symptoms, and personal health.
