Lena noticed the small translucent bump inside her lower lip while brushing her teeth late at night. At first, she assumed she had accidentally bitten herself, but the smooth, bluish swelling felt different from anything she had experienced before. It was soft, almost like a tiny water-filled bubble pressing gently against the inside of her mouth. She tried to ignore it, but by morning it was still there, slightly larger and more noticeable when she spoke. A quiet sense of worry began to grow as she found herself checking it repeatedly in the mirror, wondering if it was something serious forming beneath the surface of her skin.

By the afternoon, Lena decided to research what she was seeing, but every image she found online only deepened her concern. Some looked similar, others looked worse, and none gave her a clear answer she could trust. That evening, as she touched the bump again, it suddenly shifted in a way that made her pause completely, as if something inside had changed and was about to reveal a truth she was not prepared for…
